Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and Hyaluronic Acid by Solaray, 1500mg/1000mg/20mg, 90 capsules

This advanced formula helps to maintain joint lubrication and promotes mobility, flexibility and full range of motion. This formula may also help to alleviate symptoms of osteoarthritis like pain, inflammation, and swelling.

Studies show that hyaluronic acid plays an important role in joint lubrication,1 has an analgesic effect in joints (thus reducing pain),2 and that people with rheumatoid arthritis have reduced levels of hyaluronic acid in their joints. 3 In addition, several studies have shown that intra-articular injection of hyaluronic acid can reduce many of the symptoms of osteoarthritis.4 While oral supplementation with hyaluronic acid is not the same as intra-articular injection, hyaluronic acid does have oral bioavailability,5 and many anecdotal reports support that oral supplementation with hyaluronic acid improves joint mobility and comfort in people with osteoarthritis.

Numerous studies also support that glucosamine supplementation may help to alleviate symptoms of osteoarthritis.6-9
